The items in the menu are subjected to availability. In case of non-availability of ordered product, the order would not be executed. Same would be informed to you and payment will be refunded
We do not provide delivery of all items inside the cinema hall. Few items are not served inside the cinema hall. These items can be consumed in the cafetaria.
We will provide products freshly prepared as per our standard recipe. Any customisation in the preparation will not be done.
After we receive your order, it can take upto 20 minutes to deliver to you at your seat. Please make sure you mention your seat number correctly at the time of order
We will not be responsible if you enter incorrect seat nunmber or you change your seat after ordering. The order will be delivered only on the seat number mentioned in the order.
Orders will be confirmed only after realisation of payment. We will check our payment gateway partner for payment confirmation. If you face failure of payment, and the amount is deducted from your account/vallet but if we don't receive confirmation from our end, then order will not be processed.
In case of payment failure, it will take atleast 48 hours to rectify the issue and if we receive the payment later on, we will process the refund immediately but only after confirmation from our payment partner.
